Arista of Rotorua studios are 20 minutes’ walk from the famous Polynesian Spa. The property features a BBQ area and a pirate ship children’s playground set in lovely gardens. Our apartment was exceptional – spacious, with a fully stocked kitchen that made meal prep so easy (they even thought of coffee creamer!). The convenient coin-operated laundry facility was a huge bonus, and its central location near downtown Rotorua was absolutely ideal. This truly felt like a home away from home, and we highly recommend it for anyone visiting Rotorua!

Very clean and great facilities. The size of the room was also quite good and it was a very comfortable stay. Very good staff and was very cooperative. The supermarket is just opposite and that was very helpful for us as we did use the kitchen facilities in the room. It is a 800 metres walk from the area with a lot of restaurants, which was very convenient.

The Princes Gate is a historical, boutique-style hotel in the centre of Rotorua. This classical 4-star hotel is opposite the Polynesian Spa and the famous Government Gardens. The historic charme, the beautiful house, the location near Kings Garden and center, the very friendly two ladies at the reception and also in the restaurant.
