It is one of the closest accommodation options from the Interisland Ferry Terminal, just 2 km away. I like that they provide very decent shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. Towels are plenty and there is a heat towel rack, a total luxury during cold, windy Wellington days. Their housekeeping standard is obviously very high, they make the bed even help washes the mugs and glasses.

We were there two nights for a hike in Turangi. The facilities were wonderful. It was roomy, clean and comfortable. The grounds were amazingly beautiful. Highly recommended.

It provides modern rooms, some of which feature a wood burning fire and private outdoor spa. Spectacular views, most beautiful place i've ever stayed in NZ, spacious room, and absolutely clean. Very good location near the town or go for hiking in the National park( both in 10 minutes drive). Definitely worth staying for more than 1 night.

Arista of Rotorua studios are 20 minutes’ walk from the famous Polynesian Spa. The property features a BBQ area and a pirate ship children’s playground set in lovely gardens. Guests enjoy unlimited WiFi. Most apartments feature a private hot tub and a private patio. Very spacious, spa bath was awesome. Handy location. Would stay here again.

The room was modern, clean , perfectly sized with large windows and even though this was facing the street where there was construction, you could not hear a thing The 24/7 laundry was incredibly useful and the hallways and lobby were clean and inviting

Its clean, great location etc but absolutely stands out because of the amazing staff. They helped us a lot by arranging an early check in and were so nice with the baby and helping with the baggage. Would go here again when staying in auckland.
