The hotel is nicely located in the center where you can enjoy the city of Arequipa. We recommend this place and with children as well.

Arequipa's main square is 300 metres away. Excellent staff and facility. The hotel is like an oasis in the inside; so serene and beautiful. They allowed us to check in super early since our bus arrived at 5am and helped us with tours and made our stay comfortable. Breakfast was excellent and lots of space inside the hotel to hang out as well. Overall, an excellent value for Arequipa!

The accommodation provides a 24-hour front desk, full-day security and luggage storage for guests. We had a wonderful time here. The room was spotless, spacious and very comfortable. The cleanliness of the room was comparable to some 5-star hotels we have stayed in, just without the bells and whistles. The portable heater worked well and kept us warm. The owners clearly take pride in what they do. They were always warm, polite, and welcoming, with a smile on their faces every time we saw them. The hotel restaurant was excellent, tasty meals at a good price. No need to eat anywhere else. It is also in a great location, only a few minutes' walk to the town centre. Would happily stay again. A solid 10 out of 10 from us!

Free WiFi is available in public areas. Antonio is a very good host who gave us plenty of recommendations in Arequipa. Rooms are big and clean! The colonial house is a beautiful and quiet place!
