Bonus was great restaurants downstairs & live music. Excellent location. Felt very welcome!!

Lisbon’s Portela International Airport is 7.7 km away from the HF Fenix Music. Room was large, bed was more than double in size and very very comfortable. There is a small wardrobe, desk, mirror, a table with an a-m-a-z-i-n-g view to enjoy coffee/tee. The cleaning staff were doing fantastic job, room was spotless every day, bravo! Honestly, one of the best hotels we have been to for exactly the right price. The reception and breakfast staff were simply doing a great job, bravo to all. Informative, helpful, patient, we appreciate you all. The hotel is right next to metro and bus stops, and next to hop-on/off buses. Really, the location and convenience to move around from this hotel was a gem: not in the center with all the touristic craziness and just right at edge of center to feel the city vibes. Breakfast was great value, very tasty and with lots of variety. Overall, it was the best stay we had in recent years.

The room is spacious and clean, and the air is always filled with light fragrance. Bed is very comfortable and soundproof is not bad. The staff are all very friendly, and during check in, they would personally take me to the room and explain everything, which is very nice. Complimentary egg tarts are also a very nice touch! Overall my stay here was wonderful and I would definitely come back next time!

I had to carry my 20kg luggage to 3rd floor and he was willing to help me even with carrying it back down. location was nice and breakfast was amazing with various and nutritious options. i would definitely come back!
