Location was excellent. Staff very friendly and helpful and our room was just like we thought it would be. Even though street was busy, once we closed the doors, couldn't hear a thing from outside. Breakfast was good.

I would like to mention a few names in particular who contributed to our amazing stay at the hotel: Diogo, Fabio and Claudio at front reception who were so warm, inviting and very helpful with making arrangements for our stay; Ricardo at RIB restaurant for his caring and excellent service and attention to detail (These gentlemen also made arrangements for my birthday over the Easter weekend and made the experience extra special) and Ines who served us during the breakfast period throughout our stay - she was very kind and warm and gave us excellent service.

Check-in process was great - the girl on the reception was very kind, informative and helpful. Very clean rooms. The ratio of rooms to shared bathrooms was generous, so there was no issue with them being shared - as they always seemed to be available and clean. The shared dining and kitchen areas were great too. Great location, close to a metro stop, which made the city very accessible for sightseeing!
