Built in 1882 by Gustave Eiffel, this historic luxury hotel enjoys an exceptional location in the Unirii Square in Iasi, within a 10-minute walk from the National Theatre, Metropolitan Church and main landmarks of the city. The room was very beautiful and showed that the hotel was recently renovated and very well maintained. The staff was also very nice and friendly as well as helpful with luggage and assisting with an early check-in. The breakfast was nice with a few specific Romanian and regional dishes like sweet cheese, jams or meats. The location is perfect as you are right in the middle of the city and equal distance from the main site - the Palace of Culture at one end and the Copou area at the other end. There are also nice vibey coffee shops around.

It was a good hotel for the money I paid. The hotel was clean and the room was very spacious. The hotel was also located within walking distance from the downtown area. Only a 20 min walk.
