Excellent stay at le meridien, from check in process to bus shuttle. Staff was respectful and active. Room services provided whenever asked. Gulf restaurant breakfast buffet was best and staff was topnotch the entire team including Ali Alharbi, Saud, Hussain, Rayed and Nawaf.

Everything was excellent, the room was clean and comfortable, the food was delicious, short walking distance to Haram, and the staff was friendly, especially Nada at the reception, she was very kind and helpful. The entire facility is very well maintained, very close to the International Airport, easy access to main streets, and close to mall.

All staff was exceptionally good and helpful. When I was looking for a taxi to go back to Jeddah airport, staff helped in organising a very good, spacious cab at a reasonable price. My request to make up the room was responded to within a reasonable time. Rehan from the staff I dealt with was very nice and helpful.
