The Kollman Apartment is located in an exceptional part of Old Town next to the river where you can enjoy trendy shops, cafes and people-watching. It's a safe, friendly area. The apartment windows overlook all of the action on the street below. To my surprise, I closed the windows at the end of the day and discovered perfect silence -- soundproof. The room is very clean and contemporary. A stay here is a great value.

There’s no buffet breakfast, however they provide a really good breakfast on a pleasant terrace. The centre and Tivoli park are just a few minutes walk away.

A rich buffet breakfast is served each morning. The location of the hotel, breakfast, and the room were amazing. The quality of the linen bed, and the mattress was beyond my expectations. Honestly, I was not expecting such a good breakfast. Truly awesome. I had a problem with my door-locking device and the staff fixed immediately. Shout out to Robert for ordering a sandwich for me at the checkout, because I had to leave before the breakfast hour. Amazing staff indeed.

The apartment is equipped with cooking and washing facilities. Room is spacious and bed comfortable. Our host Margit was fantastic, responsive and thoughtful. She gave good tips to maximize our stay in the lovely city of Ljubljana.
