The location is simply amazing, nestled by a charming small river that adds to the serene atmosphere. Jana, the owner, was incredibly attentive and went above and beyond to make us feel at home, treating us like her own grandchildren. Her warmth and hospitality made our stay truly special. The B&B is also a perfect base for outdoor enthusiasts, offering a plethora of activities such as hiking, canoeing, and even Viking-themed adventures. I highly recommend Ukanc Vila Park B&B for anyone looking for a cozy retreat with stunning natural surroundings and outstanding hospitality.

Apartments Mencinger is located in Bohinjska Bistrica, on the edge of Triglav National Park, 500 metres from Bohinj’s centre. Surrounded by greenery, it offers free Wi-Fi and a garden.

With views of the mountains, most accommodation units provide cable TV, a fully equipped kitchen or kitchenette and a balcony or a terrace. Free linen and towels are available in all units. The property also has a ski storage. We are delighted that we chose these apartments! The owner is a very warm and pleasant person. The apartments are super clean and cozy. The kitchen is fully equipped. The balcony with mountain views is incredible. After hiking days, we would drink tea there in the evenings and watch the sunsets. The location of the apartments is also excellent: for those without a car, or wanting to take a break from driving - there's a bus stop just 50 meters away. You can walk to the town center with grocery store, restaurants, bakeries, and a bank. Bohinjska Bistrica is a small, quiet, and very charming town. There's no tourist hustle and bustle here at all. From this town, it's convenient to visit Vogel, Bohinj, Bled, and other attractions. We traveled extensively through the mountains, and this was an ideal place to stay. If we were to visit here again, we would undoubtedly stay at Apartments Mencinger!

The hotel's restaurant serves Slovenian and international cuisine, as well as special vegetarian and low-calorie dishes prepared with eco-certified ingredients of local origin. For families with kids the hotel with the Aqua Park is great.
