The hotel is in a great location, close to all the main tourist spots. There is a 24-hour supermarket right in front. Though it’s in the city center, the room was quiet. The bed was very comfortable, and we had no trouble sleeping. Most importantly, the front desk staff helped us a lot when we had a problem. He was very kind, helpful, and caring. We regret that we were in a big hurry and didn’t get the chance to thank him properly. We didn’t speak the local language, so we would have felt so lost without his help. Thanks to him, the rest of our trip was easy and enjoyable.

We arrived early and our room was booked for the day. There was some mixup on the booking dates. We met with a young woman who operated the Hive a few doors down who helped us get a room until our room was ready at the Heritage Apartments. We checked in about 4 hours early but our room wasn't ready. The nice host at the front desk allowed us to stow our luggage until our room was ready and we went out for coffee. The location is wonderful in the middle of the city centralized 15 minutes from anywhere. The rooms were beautiful and the people were wonderful.
