The property is 800 metres from Chiang Rai Saturday Night Walking Street. Chiang Rai Airport is 8 km away. We were staying for three days while visiting Chiang Rai. Our host was as super friendly and spoke perfect english (which is not that common here in Thailand). We got a lot of good and honest tips from him without them having an ulterior motive. Just for him we would probably come back as he also saved our day by getting us a short term transport to Chiang Mai. The breakfast options are few but everything that was there tasted good (Mostly fruit, toast and eggs). The rooms were clean, tidy and just what we expected. It’s also in walking distance to almost everything in the city center and therefore ideal for tourists. If we ever come back to Chiang Rai we would stay here again.

The staff was helpful, the room was big enough, hot shower, bottles of water waiting in the room The sheets and towels were replaced everyday, the rooms cleaned as well!. Laundry service on sight. 10-15 mn walk to the night bazaar, and to some good Thai restaurants. 10-15 mn walk to the bus terminal 1. Shared clean kitchen where you can find eggs, bread, coffee/tea, jam... Renting a scooter just around the corner. I really recommend it.!!!

The property is located 300 metres from the clock tower and 12 km from Wat Rong Khun. Chiang Rai Bus Station is only a 5-minute walk away. Chiang Rai International Airport is a 15-minute drive away. Super clean and comfortable room with attached bathroom. Coffeepowder, tee and milkpowder as well as waterkettle and fridge was available in the room. Guesthouse is located very close to the City Center and sigths, but without any disturbing noice. Owner and Staff are very friendly and helpful in all regards. We booked a daytrip to all sights around Chiang Rai and Golden Triangle with our guide and driver Ping. He provided us a perfekt Day! Thanks for everything!

The bed was soft and comfortable. Usually no problem with hot water in the shower. AC worked fine. The location is nice with 7-eleven nearby, and night bazaar a walking distance away.
