Beautiful hotel, luxurious and interesting because of the detai arund design, decor etc.

The only problem was the design of the shower made it impossible to not wind up with a wet floor allover the bathroom. Otherwise it was very nice.

Good bed, location, quiet room, desk in room to work on laptop, nice design and architecture, good taste and volume of music in the hotel, good service, good WiFi, big swimming pool, supermarket nearby.

Overall design was good, stayed here during covid when I visited Khon Kaen however this time was really disappointed. Food was good and reasonably priced. Booked and paid for 2 nights but checked out and went elsewhere for the second night…..just didn’t feel comfortable with the low standards

Super comfortable hotel, comfy bed, clean and nice in-room design, friendly staffs, especially front desk staffs and coffee shop staffs, variety menu of the breakfast

The rooms are beautifully designed. The balcony is large and I enjoyed it. The service is excellent, employees are charming. The freebies (shampoo, shower gel...) are of high quality, which I appreciate. The view is stunning. Breakfast is good but a bit expensive. The lack of orange juice every day is a bummer.

The complex was well designed. Nice pool. Safe parking. Breakfast was average.
