This place was an oasis with gorgeous pools, an excellent restaurant, and great rooms.

Despite the fact that your hotel did not have rooms available and I stayed at Karma Resort, I came to have dinner at Cielo hotel as I really liked the restaurant and the food. It felt like I returned home. :-)

The staff was so kind and attentive, the private little beach was so good and you can walk to lamai beach in a matter of seconds. The view from the 2nd floor room was amazing. The breakfast was good and filling, they would make what you wanted on the spot and every day they would offer fresh fruits for breakfast. Their cocktails at their bar were well done! The room was clean and way prettier than in the pictures, they do not do the place justice! The bed and the pillows were the comfiest we've ever experienced! They would also offer clean towels and water bottles daily. Also, for the girls, they had a proper makeup ring light mirror for getting ready! They would also arrange pick ups from the airport and to the pier as we needed so easy and effortless service!

The Beachclub proposes delicious cocktails with a stunning view of the Thailand sea, tasty appetizers and music in a lively and friendly atmostphere. This peaceful sanctuary features an outdoor pool, free Wi-Fi and 3 dining options. My room was beautiful and spacious. The staff was excellent - they remembered my name and room number each time. The pool was perfect - comfortable lounge chairs, perfect water temperature. Breakfast was excellent - many choices including a menu of made-to-order options. The spa services were top notch and reasonably priced.
