At Residence Suvarnabhumi offers comfortable rooms with lift access to all floors, as well as the convenience of a restaurant and a laundry service. Very good service Friendly staff, hotel is very clean everywhere. I also liked the bar located right in the hotel, with reasonable prices and very tasty food.

The Phoenix Hotel Bangkok is a 7-minute drive from Suvarnabhumi Airport. It features non-smoking rooms with free Wi-Fi access. New , clean, and the staff help carry our baggage to 2nd floor. Shower cream and shampoo is a lot which very convenient on using. Have Van drop to airport with 150 baht per room. Will back again.

The pickup service from the airport was very helpful had to have a 26-hour surprise layover in Thailand, booked the hotel, and immediately called them up asking about the service they were great at explaining it and I was on my ride to the hotel within 10 minutes. The staff were all very friendly and polite and had upstanding service, couldn't recommend it better for the price of having to spend a couple of nights in Thailand. Rooms were great well equipped and with big beds.

They offer shuttle for 2 persons for small price also then you sure you not taken somewhere else which could happen in public taxi. They speak english have bell boys bring and take suitcases . Its safe good aircon hot shower for us was great.
