From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. We were given a beautiful room in the main building, which was clean and comfortable. While we didn’t spend much time in the room to notice minor flaws, everything was perfectly acceptable to us. The air conditioning worked well, keeping the room refreshingly cool despite the hot weather. The food was simply amazing, with a wide variety of fresh options every day. Turkish Night was a particular highlight, with delicious traditional dishes and drinks. We were never disappointed with any meal. The entertainment was top-notch, and the beach was fantastic, with plenty of sunbeds available. Although finding a sunbed with an umbrella by the pool could be challenging at times, we always managed to find a spot with a little creativity. The waterslides were a blast for both our child and us parents—we had the time of our lives! The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. I’ve noticed some negative comments about the hotel, but I honestly don’t understand them. Our experience was overwhelmingly positive, and we couldn’t have asked for a better vacation. Thank you to the hotel for an unforgettable experience!
