The facility was clean, and the staff were very kind and helpful. Damla Hanim, in particular, was exceptionally nice. The hotel room was excellent, and the housekeeping service ensured that it was cleaned every day. Whenever we needed anything, the staff were always available to assist the guests.

The location is really nice, close to a lot of very good cafes, walking distance to the bus station etc. the staff is very sweet. Its a family run hotel and super clean and beautiful. You can see the whole city from the hotel.

The room was very nice and clean. The staff was so kind always taking care of guests offering food and drinks and giving all informations. They also booked hot air baloon for us for a very good price. When we left the hotel at 4 am in the morning they even gave us sandwiches and turkish delicious. Breakfast terrace has an amazing view of the valley from the top and food tastes sooo goood!
