Numerous shopping, such as Saks Fifth Avenue, Bloomingdale's and sightseeing options, such as United Nations Plaza are located within walking distance. We loved our stay. The location was perfect, within walking distance to everything we needed, and the neighborhood felt very safe. The hotel didn’t offer breakfast, but we enjoyed discovering the many great restaurants nearby. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, perfect for our family of four with two kids. Bobby’s help with arranging our car and luggage made everything easy, and his warm, welcoming attitude created a feeling of being at home.

The hotel is outstanding — perfectly located on Broadway, surrounded by a wide variety of restaurants, with both Whole Foods and Trader Joe’s very close by, as well as a nearby subway station. The property is extremely comfortable, clean, and safe, and the staff are exceptionally attentive and friendly. My room exceeded all expectations, with an incredibly comfortable bed and a fantastic shower. I would definitely stay at this hotel again!

The industrial design is paired with residential loft-style amenities like hardwood floors, Oushak rugs and 400 thread count bedding. Every room also has a marble bathroom with rain showers, plush towels and luxury C.O. Bigelow bath amenities. We had a smaller room, but in the corner & had windows on two sides which made it feel bigger. Loved it & will go back for sure.
