Located in the heart of Waikiki, 2 minutes' walk to Waikiki Beach, Halepuna Waikiki is a luxury boutique hotel surrounded by shopping and dining. The property was designed by internationally acclaimed interior design firm, Champalimaud and features works of several Hawaiian artists in partnership with The Honolulu Museum of Art public art program. This hotel is expensive, very expensive, but the room is so clean and the facilities amazing that I really felt it was worth it. If you are someone, like myself, who likes extreme cleanliness, I would say this is for you. Location is central, in the heart of Waikiki, so you can walk easily to the beach, if you are a beach person. All in all, if I'll ever come back to Hawaii, this is def the place I would stay again.

Diamond Head is 3.2 km away. The hotel has a perfect location - the beach was just 5 min walk from the hotel! We liked the breakfast and the coffee ( available for 24 hours!). Lobby looks like a big, comfortable living room, and we love to stay there, take a cup of coffee, or just chill in the evening hours. Staff is extremely nice and kind - they were happy to help with everything we asked for. Beach gear and towels are available, and that was great since we didn't have any. The room was nice and comfortable.

Featuring a view from rooms with a private balcony (in selected rooms), these rooms include air conditioning, an iron board, a seating area and an en suite bathroom with a bathrobe, a hairdryer, and a shower/tub combination. Location was perfect, next to the beach, shops, restaurants, etc. The staff was very friendly. The rooms were great. The hotel offered all kinds of accessories to make the stay even better - chairs, bougie boards and towels for the beach, cold water next to the main door. We enjoyed the whole stay very much.
