Sea Phoenix hotel is located at a very convenient location. Uncrowded local Bac My An beach is 150 meters away. The famous My Khe beach is 350 meters away. Tourist town An Thuong is 300 meters from the hotel. Cham Museum is 3.4 km away, while Song Han Bridge to downtown is 4.2 km from the hotel. Da Nang International Airport is 10 km away. Sea Phoenix Hotel was a great choice for my trip to Da Nang. Just a short 3-minute walk to My Khe Beach and close to the An Thuong area with lots of restaurants and cafes. The room was clean, spacious, and quiet, with a super comfortable bed. Breakfast was included and had both Asian and Western options. Staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The rooftop pool and bar had an amazing view of the city and ocean — perfect for relaxing. Great value for the price. I’d definitely stay here again!

It‘s the 3th time i visit this Hotel and the staff was always very kind and welcoming. What impressed me the most is that on the birthday of my partner they served a little cake in the room with the her name. Also the room upgrade for visiting the 3th time was a nice gesture.

The en suite bathroom is equipped with hot/cold shower facilities and toiletries. Bottled water is provided. I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were very clean, and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate my last-minute reservations. The front desk team was exceptionally friendly and helpful, especially Hong and his attentive colleagues. One small but very appreciated detail was the complimentary bottled water in the rooms, which is a huge plus in a place where tap water isn’t ideal. They even helped me contact a restaurant when I accidentally left my phone outlet behind. I would not hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to other travelers.

Chu Hotel is a 2-minute walk to Bac My An Beach. Han Market is approximately 5 km from the hotel. Marble Mountain and Han River are both a 10-minute drive away. It takes approximately 15 minutes by car to reach Da Nang International Airport. I liked how close it was to the beach like literally, just a 3-minute walk! Also enjoyed how spacious the room is, especially the bathroom! The staff were all nice friendly and very helpful!! It was also close to A LOT of restaurants—for local and international food!
