The inhouse restaurant was a great bonus for breakfast each day and became our alarm clock to get downstairs for coffee and a varied selection of choices for breakfast. From croissants and toast to fully cooked breakfast both international and local with very attentive staff and extremely happy to assist. Always with a smile. Reception staff greeted us every day who could also advise on the area and helped locate transport to get to places of interest. The rooftop bar was excellent. Huu is an exceptional barman. The room was cleaned daily and the laundry service helped immensely. Our time there has meant a return visit is on the cards. we loved it all.

Very fancy small hotel in the center of the old quarter. The staff í very polite and helpful. The internet connection is good and the beds are clean and very nice. We slept very well. The breakfast was full of fresh fruits. Coffee is good too.

Our stay from July 20–31 was truly exceptional. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make our experience perfect. They helped us arrange our tours and supported us in every possible way. The hotel was spotlessly clean, and its location was ideal—just steps away from markets, shops, and major attractions. A special thanks to Ms. Jennie, who was extremely kind and assisted us before, during, and even after our stay. Her attention to detail and care made all the difference.

Located in the heart of Hanoi Old Quarter, Hanoi Pearl Hotel is conveniently a minute’s walk to the renowned Hoan Kiem Lake. We had a fantastic stay at Hanoi Pearl Hotel. The rooms were very clean and provided us with everything we needed. The staff were extremely friendly and attentive, at both the hotel restaurant and the reception desk/ hotel lobby. There was a wide variety of food options for breakfast which was lovely. The hotel is in a prime location as it's close to the lake (very central) but not directly where all the night time festivities are happening. In saying that, it's only a few minutes walk away but the location still has a good buzz without being too overwhelming. I lived in Hanoi 6 years ago and chose this hotel based on it's location as it's on a wonderful street that has a good vibe. Pizza 4Ps (only the best pizza in Vietnam) is a stone throw away and Polite Pub (where you can get amazing cocktails) is directly opposite. The hotel's rooftop bar is a great spot to enjoy a whiskey sours or any of their other cocktail offerings. We will most certainly be back! Thank you so much for making us feel at home.

Lavender Central Hotel welcomes guests with refreshing orange juice, and is situated just a 3-minute walk from the picturesque Hoan Kiem Lake and Huc Bridge. My stay at the hotel was absolutely great, the hotel is clean, very good location, excellent breakfast and the service of the hotel is really amazing. Miss Hana helped me plan the whole tour of North Vietnam and my whole trip was really great. Thank you so much for the great service of the staff.
