A gorgeous hotel in the heart of Hanoi old quater, the staff Lily, Anna, Jasmine and Rose are so incredibly kind and helpful, and able to organize anything and recommend activities nearby. The rooms are lovely and very clean and the breakfast is delicious. This is my second time staying here and definitely won't be the last, highly recommend!

Our room was especially lovely spotlessly clean, beautifully arranged, and offering a wonderful view of the city that we enjoyed every morning and evening. It created the perfect atmosphere for a relaxing stay. From the moment my husband and I arrived at Golden Amour Hotel, we were warmly welcomed. The staff were genuinely friendly, attentive, and made us feel at home right away. Their hospitality continued throughout our entire stay, right up until the moment we said goodbye. Every interaction felt sincere, and it was clear that they truly care about their guests’ comfort and happiness. One of the highlights of our stay was definitely the breakfast. We looked forward to it every morning because there was always a generous selection of delicious food. Whether we felt like something light, something warm, or something more filling, there were plenty of choices. The dining area was clean, bright, and pleasant, which made our mornings even more enjoyable. Another thing we appreciated was the hotel’s excellent location. It’s incredibly convenient just a short walk to many main attractions, shopping areas, cafés, and restaurants. This made it easy for us to explore the city at our own pace without needing transportation. We loved being able to step outside and immediately feel connected to everything around us. Overall, our stay at Golden Amour Hotel was truly wonderful. The combination of beautiful design, exceptional cleanliness, warm hospitality, delicious breakfast, and a perfect location made our trip even more memorable. We are very happy with our experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. We would definitely love to return in the future!
