The receptionist upgraded my room to a huge suite.. I wish I could remember his name to mention that gentleman.. and the Sri Lankan waitress in the lobby was also so amazingly friendly and so professional.

Everything was superb. Staff was very helpful, polite, and nice. Breakfast was delicious. Biggest choice 👌🏻. We went for dinner once in there, and that was excellent, too. Place was spotless, and the room was great. Comfortable bed.

The hotel was new and very good. It was located close to the airport and downtown. The gym was very good, but we did not use the pool. Maybe next time! Breakfast was very good, and it was good to see you have options for restaurants and places to sit and have a coffee and drink.

Four Seasons is just wowwwwwww....I love that old school style,the hotel exceeded my expectations. We had a wonderful surprise for our anniversary, it was for a clean ten. The hotel is currently undergoing work on some facilities, but we didn't even notice how well organized it was.The staff was super friendly and at your service at all times, big greetings to the guys at the adult pool.I would go back to the Four Seasons tomorrow as it was wonderful, absolutely flawless.Don't read the bad reviews, after this we were in 2 even more luxurious hotels in Dubai and we didn't get anywhere near the quality of service like here❤️
