Very well appointed, modern property with excellent facilities and inclusions. Exceptionally clean. We only stayed a short period but this could be a good base for exploring Graz and the region further. We took advantage of the available, secure parking which was very helpful. Th host provided very detailed instructions (with images) making the whole check-in/out process and access to property very simple.

Perfect when travelling with a car for one or two nights. The room was very clean and spacious. And the self checkin was very simple to use. Great value for money and will definetly be staying there again for our next trip to Graz.

Very nice & clean and spacy Hotel. My favorite thing about my stay was the Reception Staff , especially Meriam . Travelling with little kids is not easy as we know but once she saw us she immediatelly welcomed us with a smile and further more she offered me an upgarde room for no extra charge . I just wanted to thank her , she made my stay at Ned Hotel feeling spoiled 🥰

Almost brand new, big and well equipped apartment for long as well as short term stay in Graz. Free parking place with roof. The bus stop (no. 630/620) nearby, close distance to the tram stop (no. 5) - probably the best way for the city center tour. Very good and fast contact with personel.
