Nice and comfortable furniture, two bathrooms. Kitchen totally equipped. including coffee, tea, and basic ingredients, oil, sugar, salt, vinegar etc. SmartTv in master bedroom. AC in both rooms. Restored building, with an elevator, Parking space under roof. Quiet neighborhood, a supermarket Spar in the corner. A 20min walk to the city center or a tram in the front door.

Very clean, comfortable apartment with all the facilities one might need. We had a secure parking spot. Check in was easy. The room was warm and everything looked new and they made us an extra bed because we stayed with two small kids. Beds are very firm and comfortable so we had a good rest. Wifi is flawless and there is a working desk with a lamp. The kitchen is well equipped and a cafe machine is available. Just outside of the apartment there is a grocery shop and tram station. One can reach a city center in just a few minutes. We are looking forward to staying here again when visiting Graz.

It was clean, comfortable apartment. Owner gave all the necessary instructions on where to pick up the keys. Easy to find parking place on street. Close to the center.
