The host was very friendly and helpful. Apartment and balcony were very big and beautiful in a quiet street. Free of charge parking spot in front of the building. There were toys and playground for kids. Electrical window covers were great to use. Foodstore was about 300m and great bakery about 500m. If I ever come back to Linz, I will certainly book the same apartment.

Location was out of city center, very quiet and away from traffic, so it was great for the dogs. There was an optional breakfast which was very nice. Hosts were super friendly and were happy to fulfill any needs.

We stayed here for one night on our way back from holiday in Italy. An amazing place with its own unique atmosphere. The hotel is in a beautiful building full of history. It is located in an oasis of nature. A serene plantation type rural area just a short walking distance from the township. Ideal for a very relaxing stay and a very good night's sleep. Only a very short detour from major highways. The staff are exceptionally welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was fantastic with top quality coffee .

This apartment is really very beautiful. Great location in the city. Architecture and design really appreciate the great work of the architects. Wonderful. I'd really like to live in an apartment like that. Beautifully light and unfortunately I couldn't enjoy the apartment more.

The studio has everything one needs for a short stay. The location right in the historical centre is very convenient. Both check-in and check-out were easy and flexible. I can't complain, I will consider this accomodation again if re-visiting Linz.
