What I truly appreciated about this property is the incredible attention to detail shown by the lady responsible for the flat. She didn’t miss a single item one might need at home I genuinely felt at home from the moment I walked in. The preparation and setup upon arrival were even better than what you’d expect from a 5-star hotel. She was also thoughtful enough to include sweets for the kids, which was such a kind and personal touch. I truly appreciate her care for both the details and the cleanliness. Thank you!

The apartment is nice, clean and there is everything you need. The host is very helpful, we had a problem with the key lockbox and she resolved it within a few seconds. There is a tram stop just a few steps from the door, wich is nice.

Great place if you go for price versus what you got. Neat place and very friendly owners. Also we arrived late and there were no issue with getting to accommodation. Flat itself is definitely big enough for family of four if someone has doubt. Huge plus is free parking available on the internal street.

the guest was very helpful and provided all the instructions, so we found the location pretty fast! the apartment was nice and cozy, with all the facilities for a short stay. the balcony was definitely a plus! great price overall. thank you again!

We stayed here for one night on our way back from holiday in Italy. An amazing place with its own unique atmosphere. Absolute silence, comfortable room in the old family residence surrounded by a beautiful garden. And a wonderful breakfast :) Special thanks to Biljana for her service and hospitality. The hotel is in a beautiful building full of history. It is located in an oasis of nature. A serene plantation type rural area just a short walking distance from the township. Ideal for a very relaxing stay and a very good night's sleep. Only a very short detour from major highways.
The staff are exceptionally welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was fantastic with top quality coffee .

Fantastic apartment with very up to date appliances. The washing machine for clothes was a very pleasant surprise. Great location for sightseeing around Linz, and very easy to reach by tram from the train station.
