1. Location right next to the metro station, which is a great plus . 2. Elevator access . 3. Check instructions were very clear. 4. Very clean. 5. They provided complimentary bottle of olive oil, and enough salt and pepper for the 3 of us. Also, there were plenty of coffee capsules and tea bags, which was more than enough for us for the entire stay. This is highly appreciated as this is what sets a property apart from the rest. I think this is what we appreciated the most. 6. Communication with the owners was very easy and swift.

I highly recommend this hotel. The location is perfect, close to the metro station, the room was very warm and welcoming, new and cosy furniture, 5* conditions at very affordable costs. Extremely friendly people at the reception: Vladimir and Ana Marie were always ready to help and wonderful persons! I will definitely book this hotel again, whenever I visit Vienna.

Has a great location just few minutes from Museum quarter and Mariahilfestrase. Staff ia super friendly & helpfull. Food is amazing, little oriental style but can fit any taste. I will for sure visit again
