The atmosphere is amazing!
All staff were kind and great!
A huge thank you to the lady helping on the breakfast area, she was so communicative and my daughter loved her! She’s very kind and we felt great.
The breakfast is amazing and the hotel is new.
Room was perfect and clean and because we were checking out on a Tuesday, they allowed us for a late check out which helped us, as we were with our daughter and our flight was not until late afternoon.
Highly recommend it!

Great facilities like a fitness studio and sauna.
We loved the water server system. We had unlimited drinking sparkling water!!!!
We were also able to get the extra towels from the fitness studio, it was great.
The parking is super close from the hotel.

The Institute of Cultural Affairs was a thoroughly welcoming place to stay. Very central and very relaxing. In a way it felt like stepping into another world. The staff even posted my postcards for me after I left!

Excellent place to stay in Brussels , the host is very kind and does everything to make your stay perfect. The breakfast was haw-some. The bathroom large and plenty of space to enjoy the hot water.
The room was large enough for one person with all necessary accommodations. The bed was fine.
