Perfect location, not a far walk from Grand Place. Good communication with host, clear instructions about check in and how to access the property. Was clean on arrival and very spacious. Sofa Bed was setup as requested which was perfect. Close by parking on Rue De Vallon through ParkBee which was a very good price and was a secure garage carpark also.

The hotel is conveniently located next to Botanic garden & within a walking distance to all the major sightseeing objects. I was offered a free upgrade as the room I booked had a view on the building undergoing demolishing - extremely grateful to the staff as I needed to recover from a long flight from the US. We made a mistake by not booking breakfast in advance, hoping to experience local cuisine but around this place there are mainly Turkish restaurants located. When we decided to eat in house the next day we were really astonished with the quality & diversity of the breakfast offered! It is definitely in TOP 3 best breakfast we have ever had anywhere at the hotels! Highly recommended! P.S. Adding a picture with the superb view from the gym.

Perfect location close to Noord train station and a 15 minute walk to the historical center. Excellent breakfast. Good gym and sauna (although it wasn't always hot, just barely warm). Love the decor, it is exactly like in the pictures. Will definitely return here!

This is a community place that may remind you of a dormitory but they provide affordable accommodation in an ex-convent with a garden, a study room, and bathroom/toilet are shared. My room was clean and quiet, the bed was comfy, the staff was amazingly nice. I also used the study room, excellent if you need to work. Wifi worked great. Nearby are all sorts of international cuisines and small groceries. I would happily return.

Eric was an outstanding host, providing excellent suggestions for exploring the city. The breakfast was fantastic, featuring freshly baked bread daily, homemade jam and yogurt, and refreshing orange juice. The added bonus of his two friendly cats made the experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this place for a delightful stay.
