Ver kind people at the reception. The cleaning staff was amazingly kind and helpfull, providing extra towels if need be. It was an amazing hotel.

I took the cheapest room. Nothing fancy but all the basics were present - TV, kettle, night lamp, towels. The blankets were in the wardrobe. On the bed there were only linens. It was quite warm but I still needed blanket. The room was very clean and had its own bathroom. The bed was comfortable enough and I was able to have a good rest. Another good side is that the hotel is several hundred meters away from the very busy bus stop of hotel Pliska which can be used to travel around Sofia.
