The size of the bedroom was perfect for me (I dislike huge bedrooms); the hotel is elegant and understated; the staff were so helpful, for every little detail. Room service was very nice too; love the double-doors into the bathroom. I really like the idea of Chocolate Hour, however it would be nice paired with a sitting area and coffe/tea/wine on offer as well (to go with the general theme of Happy Hour)

It was a little more expensive than it would have been if I had booked it from my home. Which is not fair.

In the Al Seef district of Seef, close to Bahrain Fort, Springfield Suites features a fitness centre and a washing machine.

Location, amenities and the response from staff was excellent. The lady FARRAH was thorough enough to guide us about our questions. Her dealing is excellent with customers. Even the other staff came to our to assist in operating the stove ☺️

During our recent stay at Royal Saray, we were immersed in luxury and exceptional service. Our suite was immaculate, the decor, the layout, the overall cleanness - simply impressive. From the moment we arrived, the attentive staff ensured every aspect of our stay was flawless. Jamila was exceptionally helpful. We are also very thankful to Fatima and all other staff. The breakfast buffet offered a great selection, from made-to-order omelets to freshly baked pastries, catering to every palate. The pool area is a beautiful place to relax featuring an amazing pool with breathtaking views. We also celebrated the NYE at the hotel’s ballroom, it was a fun party that we enjoyed greatly! In summary, our stay was an unforgettable experience, defined by luxury, impeccable service, and attention to detail. This hotel sets the benchmark for hospitality, and I eagerly anticipate my next visit.

I love coming back to the Ritz in Bahrain. The service is great. The facility is so beautiful and you can do so much. Everyone at the hotel is welcoming and friendly. My 4 yo son was treated like a prince. Mr. Shetty made our check in and check out process very comfortable. Can’t wait to go back.
