The staff was very nice. Although I can’t remember her name, she was very polite and accommodating. After a 10-minute wait to find my booking, as a compensation for keeping me waiting she kindly upgraded my room from a sleeping pod to a compact room. I really appreciated her helpfulness and professionalism.

Hotel in the diplomatic area. Spacious modern room with a luxury bathroom. The staff is very welcoming and provides good service.
