Absolutely everything! Staff were fantastic when we arrived at 1am, gave us an upgrade to the high floors with an incredible view of Niagara Falls! We stayed room 2127 on the 21st floor. Rooms are beautiful, big and clean. Bathroom was also a great size, very clean and had a jacuzzi. Would definitely stay again!

We loved the river view room that we got. The location was really awesome. It's still a long walk to the Falls but the River itself was really beautiful. First morning, we woke up early to see that we had a view of the sunrise. We immediately went out for a walk (at 6:20am). It was stunning by the river, with the fog and the golden glow of the rising sun, plus the sound of the water. It was beautiful. I mentioned that it was still a long walk to the Falls but you can walk and it's a very nice walk along the river with benches to rest on. We love the free warm cookies given out at the reception. The elder Receptionist was the best. Very pleasant, helpful and easy to talk too. No free breakfast but the resto served reasonably priced food in large servings. Overall, we had a great experience in this hotel.
