The hotel was great. Clean, spacious, a great breakfast of hot and cold items, lots to chose from. The location was perfect - everything was within walking distance. I felt very safe walking around. The reception staff were so nice and helpful and made me feel they wanted to help me - which they did. I would definitly stay there again.

Violet was lovely, extremely accommodating as we are older the stairs were a struggle but Violet took our bags up for us which we appreciated. She also gave us information about the trams and how to make our way around
