Everything was good. Firstly, he is so kind and he provided our Baselcard before the arrival. Room was clean and near the tram.

Everything. The management, front desk, restaurant, bar and housekeeping, exceptional. The staff always greets with a smile and so very attentive to one’s needs. The property itself is in a perfect place in the old town of Basel, so you can walk everywhere. Very clean with large rooms and all the necessary amenities. The bar and restaurant are busy and vibrant with wonderful dining options and cocktail bar. A special notice to the front staff and the restaurant staff breakfast, lunch and dinner,exceptional . We stayed for 6 nights and were incredibly happy with this outstanding apartment! It's in an excellent location, close to everything in the old town with supermarkets and restaurants nearby. The kitchen included lots of cutlery/bowls and cooking utensils and basic supplies (pepper, salt, oil, herbs, spices etc) which made cooking at home relatively easy. The bathrooms include soap and there is a dryer and clothes washer with laundry powder. Several fans were available if it gets hot at night as opening windows can let in street noise (though we slept with the windows open and it was fine). The view from the balconies was great for breakfast in the morning and a drink in the evening!

The hosts were really nice and caring and they really did everything to accommodate my needs. I felt really taken care of. Like, for example, they saw that my car didn't have the vignette in the right place and they advise me to put it right to avoid a fine. If I had stayed in a hotel they would not even care I think. Hey also attended to other personal and specific requests I had (for personal reasons I wont share) and they did go above and beyond what I would have expected. Breakfast was very good as well.
