I couldn't be happier with my stay at Niros. It's only a 20-30 minute walk into the old city along a beautiful park and the river. The owners are wonderful and give guests their own space. The beds were super comfortable. The room was the best equipped we've ever encountered. And there were the added bonus of the bunnies on the lawn outside. Perfect 10 out of 10.

I had a great stay at Silo Design & Boutique Hostel Basel. The hostel is located in a former silo building that has been renovated and transformed into a modern and stylish accommodation - one of the most stylish and nicest accommodation that I have ever experienced! We shared the room (4bed dorms) with 2 other people, everything was super clean - even the shared bathroom. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was tasty. The hostel is close to the tram station and the city center (you can easily walk there), so it was easy to explore Basel and its attractions. I would highly recommend Silo Design & Boutique Hostel Basel to anyone looking for a unique and affordable stay in Basel.

This is an excellent place to base yourself and explore Basel. The staff were outstanding... professional,friendly and helpful. They provided tips about where to go and how to get there. The room was immaculate. They are small, but perfectly formed to provide everything you need for a comfortable and quiet stay. Breakfast was enjoyable and the garden area perfect for relaxing.

The service was impeccable, no request was too much for the amicable front office staff. The beverage station on every floor was a great touch. Previous reviews mentioned the sound of church bells to be disturbing at night, but we found them to be soothing and not inconvenient. Loved the design concept running through the hotel and we look forward to exploring their sister properties.

Perfect location. Remarkable architecture of the hotel. The staff is very good and responsive. The beds were very comfortable and the room very clean.There are two fast elevators and we didn't have to wait. The roof terrace has a beautiful view at any time of the year. We stayed at this hotel on our way up north. It is a very cozy and well designed hotel, we had a super dinner, staff is friendly, breakfast is great. Also very dog friendly. We can most certainly recommend this hotel.
