The location of the hotel was excellent, with a tram stop right in front. The hotel provides a free Basel Card, and most importantly, the staff were truly kind and polite. Many thanks for everything.

The breakfast was very good, well stocked, all tastes and diet needs catered for. Caring staff. Bed was a little firm, and pillows soft. Very glad we stayed there and would stay there again. It is a little further from the old town but a tram is at the door and the hotel gave us a free tram pass.

1) Susy and Soraia were just incredible help. So lucky this hotel has this kind of excellent employees in every sense of the word. Simply, class A. Especially Susy was such a nice person that I could talk for hours if she had the time. 2) Complete and good breakfast. 3) Location of the hotel could not be any better. Tram just 1 minute walk from the entrance door.

Perfect for a short stay. Easy to check-in, close to public transport and anything tou might need like stores or restaurants. We got the BaselCard as well which made the public transport free and gave us discounts at moat of the things we wanted to see around town.
