Perfect location. Remarkable architecture of the hotel. The staff is very good and responsive. The beds were very comfortable and the room very clean.There are two fast elevators and we didn't have to wait. The roof terrace has a beautiful view at any time of the year. Lovely, clean apartment in the heart of Basel. Maria is a fabulous host. Very friendly. She was most accommodating to requests, such as a late check-out. Also very helpful with recommendations of places to eat and navigating local transport. I felt safe and comfortable throughout the stay.

We absolutely loved this hotel. We had a family wing out the back, and it was so quiet. Christiana was so friendly and helpful when I wasn't well. Huge rooms, close to public transport and walking distance to the river.
