The location. Ample space for family. The host is very responsive. Clean home and we really love the neighbourhood. We can literally walk to the lake and had a good swim. The parking space is convenient.

The room was very spacious and clean. We booked a room with city view and could still see the lake from one window. The breakfast was a good continental breakfast. The staff was very welcoming and didn't hesitate to make our stay as comfortable as possible. I would definitely stay in this hotel again.

I had a wonderful stay at Schlosshotel Thun. The hotel was spotlessly clean, with beautiful views and a cozy atmosphere. The staff were exceptionally warm and friendly, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The spa area is small but charming, with everything you need to relax after a day of exploring. One of the highlights was the location — just a quick elevator ride down to the Old Town, which made getting around so easy and enjoyable.
