It’s a classic hotel with spacious rooms and very nice receptionists. The location is not central but it’s still very convenient because the subway station is just opposite the entrance of the hotel. I liked the neighborhood- it’s quite modern and felt safe. There is a huge park and IKEA nearby. But what I liked the most was the breakfast! One of the best I have ever had in my traveling life - there are not too many options, but what they prepare is high quality and homemade. Everything I tried was tasty and fresh! How amazing is it to have fresh cherries for breakfast! I definitely recommend this place and stay here again when I am in Santiago!

What a gem!! This place is so comfortable, clean, spacious and well equipped. The restaurant downstairs is fantastic. Staff are extremely helpful. Paid laundry downstairs is clean. Rooftop is lovely too, but the wifi doesn’t work up there.
Short walk to good restaurants, or eating in is nice and simple.
We would happily stay again.

One of the best Hotels I’ve ever been! The staff is incredible, the rooms huge and beautiful, great architecture. Early checkin was no problem and I even got a coffee offered while waiting! Lovely pool.

Beautiful view of the mountains, large balcony and kind host. Very well located, near the subway, nature and shoppings. Rooms are clean and comfortable with windows that cancel noise. Highly recommended for work, studies or just visiting Santiago.
