Excellent location, close to Chunxi walking street, IFS building and Chunxi Road Metro Station, also the airport express and some of the major park express buses too. Breakfast was simple but good. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Thanks to Alice, she is very friendly and kind to serve us and gave us a lot of information.

I liked the people and the service.The day that we arrived was a mess. Our credit/cash cards and did not work. Booking.com did not charge in advance which was usually done from other hotels where we stayed. So during check in, were left in limbo. The kids were tired and hungry. The senior receptionist/manager told us that they can allow us to stay 1 night as we are staying 6 days. The next day we were able to sort our bank problems. Then again, on our trip to the Panda base, the Didi app failed us. So, Mr Manager booked the ride for us. During checkout, he refused to be paid but we insisted. As for the breakfast... It was perfect. Better even from any other the 5 star hotel breakfast we've ever been. It was mostly schezuan cuisine but very tasty. There is a noodle station as well with dumplings. Overall, It was a perfect stay for us.

The room was very spacious and clean. The hotel in general was super clean and the furnitures were in a very minimalist and clean design. The staff was super convenient and everything we asked (laundry, breakfast, concierge for the bags) was provided! You can even post your letter at the reception! The hotel is located at 20/25 minutes in metro from Chengdu East railway station (perfect to go to Emei moutain and Bouddha in Leshan) The view from the hotel is also amazing, you can see the famous bridge illuminated

Thanks Leilei 蕾蕾 for the service. The staffs are polite and efficient. You can call food delivery and they will send your food directly to your doorstep. The loft suite provided the washer cum with dryer, facilities are superb. The cleaner is also very considerate and provided me with a glasses cloth.

The hotel is charming, retaining a part of history but refurbished to be modern and luxurious. We stayed in the Family suite and the space is divided well, and the beds and pillows are very comfortable. The sound proofing is good so we can’t hear the neighbours unless they walk past our room and speak really loudly. Generally it has a very peaceful atmosphere.
