The hotel is very new condition, nice design, nice view-facing the famous giant panda figure and staff are friendly. Especially Anya, who does an introduction to us in souvenir store which attached to the hotel. The breakfast varieties are good and food is delicious. Worth the money and enjoying their services!

The hotel has a very modern design with a stylish interior. The breakfast selection was great, and the staff were friendly and attentive. The view from the room was also impressive.

Beautiful, spacious and clean apartment with amazing views (31st floor!) The room and sofa are very comfortable, the shower is good, and it is very quiet. Location is great, 10-15 minutes walk from Tianfu Square or the Chunxi shopping area (and the associated metro stops). Lively neighborhood with local eateries and shops. Service is excellent: you can stay in touch with staff with WeChat; staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, and we loved the little attentions (including the fridge magnets 😊). Amazing place, in particular considering the price!

Amazing nice place. The staff is top class! So friendly, helpful and correct.
We had some odd requests, such as local Chinese treatments, acupuncture. Then a breakfast bag to go at very early departure. Nothing was to difficult for them. The hotel is beautiful and calm.
Very good location, the Italian restaurant is great as well.

Location was great, many restaurants cafe at walking distance, close to subway line 4, Chunxilu. View from hotel, I was on 20th floor, 3 lighting building I could see, window can open little to get fresh air. I stayed 2 weeks so free laundry machine, dryer was so helpful. Free laundry services also provided. Hotel gave me Chinese style afternoon ticket at hotel 5th floor. Amenity was also good, liked room shoes, they have mobile battery which you can use your stay. Room cleaning service lady was very nice and kind.
