I love everything here. The breakfast is very good and the room is super comfortable as well. I highly recommend the Roof bar on the 29th floor where you can enjoy the outstanding view of Shanghai. The hotel's location is also an outstanding point, you can go everywhere from here quickly and conveniently.

Beautifully decorated and located right opposite the bund. Great breakfast buffet and delicious dinner buffet too. They use Aesop as amenities and Lindt chocolate on the bed before bedtime.

No doubt about rating this hotels. I would give 20 if this was allowed. Everything above expectations. Design (art deco), room quality with the highest appreciation to every detail. Do not be put off by the walk way or building entrance look. There is sufficient lighting along the way to the unit. Instructions to locate the building and access to the room was very clear and detailed. The 2 bedroom, hall and kitchen are well decorated and have all the necessary utensils, cups, wine glasses fork n spoon, microwave oven, fridge, washing machine. Basically all that is needed for a family room is available. Aircon work well although have a unique way to turn on as detailed in the Instructions. There is a number lock metal luggage cabinet where you can put about 2x24" and 1 back pack luggage for pre-check in and after check-out. Instructions to clear the rubbish at the rubbish dump was very clear. The unit are protected with a CCTV outside the unit at the 5th floor.
The owner was very fast and responsive and helpful.
The luxurious Westin Bund Center Shanghai is only a few steps away from the Bund Architecture Group and Huangpu Riverside. It offers stylish accommodation with an indoor pool and a spa.

My mom and I stayed in this beautiful hotel for 8 nights. Smooth check in with Max at the front desk, he is very professional and thoughtful. Since we had longer stay, Max offered us free upgrade to a bigger room on the higher floor with more privacy. The room is spacious and bed is very comfy. Buffet style breakfast is amazing. There are so many different choices with both Chinese and Western food. We had to catch the train in a super early morning before the breakfast started, James, the restaurant manager even arranged takeout boxes for us. We were very impressed with the quality of the service in this hotel. All staff from front desk, lobby, restaurant, fitness center and room cleaning are super friendly and helpful. Also, great location in the city center and gorgeous decor. This was my first international trip after the pandemic especially for visiting my hometown. We had a very pleasant stay and will definitely choose this hotel again when we visit Shanghai next time. Thank you! :)
