My room was perfect. I really liked the furniture and the style of the hostel. The staff was super friendly, welcoming and just amazing. The location is great and the area very cool and hip, with all kinds of restaurants, etc.

Best staff I've ever experienced, superb customer relations, the extra distance the staff go to is spectacular. I specifically wish to congratulate two duty managers, Kevin and David and Eva in tje Executive Lounge was incredible. Best of all, head Concierge Dean went above and beyond tto solve my transit issues, accompanying me to buy the ticket I need and will assist me getting my luggage from the hotel to the transport. I have a lot of travel experience and can safely say that this is the most exceptional customers erice I have ever experienced. Thank you to the team also, I know that great leaders depend on great teams.
