Excellent and clean room, very comfortable bed, room has everything you need. It is easy to get to the station by bus, the stop is next to the hotel. There is also a store nearby. I really liked that breakfast is not at the front door, as is often done in hotels, but on another floor. Very quiet around.

We really liked this hotel and can honestly recommend it for families with children. The family room was very spacious and the kids loved the port-themed decor. They had a lot of fun with the fridge and wardrobe door working like a shipping container. Breakfast was nice and the location very convenient. I would gladly stay there again during my next visit to Hamburg.

The customer service from the staff was excellent and the bed is extremely comfortable. The lift was out during my stay, so they upgraded my room, which was really nice of them. It's only a short walk from Berliner Tor train station, which is on the same line to get to the airport. It's about 20 mins walk from the city centre.

Apartment in a great location with parking behind the building. Had a great dinner nearby and hopped easily on and off the bus into Hamburg with the kids. Apartment was really clean and had everything I needed.
