This is a great hotel to spend a few nights in (or longer). Rooms are spacious, clean and well appointed for what you pay. Bed is super comfy. REALLY appreciated the fan and little fridge in the room, which we did not expect. Building has a lift so extra bonus as we are tired of steps :). We have been travelling for 3 months and I must say this hotels information sheet is superb!! Especially for English speaking guests. Their breakfast look so yummy (didn’t have it but went and looked at it). Hot and cold buffet and reasonably priced. Cafe right around the corner, Lidl within a 5 minute walk. Parking garage very safe but make sure you book it as there are limited spots. Can walk down to the Rhine (about 2.4kms to where the boats leave from). Staff are lovely. Book with confidence.

The accommodation is located conveniently close to the A3 Cologne–Frankfurt highway. I arrived in a snowstorm and was pleased to receive a warm and friendly welcome. After a refreshing drink in the bar, including some excellent local wine, I ate a delicious Georgian meal of lamb chops with country potatoes and salad. My room was warm and comfortable. All-in-all a good experience and I look forward to a return visit.

Just a short walk from Montabaur’s old quarter with its famous yellow castle, this newly opened hotel offers easy access to the ICE railway station and A3 motorway.

Tthe location was amazing, literally a minute from the A3! We could park a car and a van with a trailer comfortably and safely, which was a bit of a worry and probably not possible with most hotels… We were very pleased with the fact that check in was possible any time of the day and we could bring our cat into the hotel with us. There is absolutely no noise even though it is next to the motorway. This hotel ticked all the boxes for us! Two thumbs up for Serways Hotel Heiligenroth!!!

This hotel is in a beautiful little town. Our room had a balcony and had lovely views over the garden . We had the buffet meal in the dining room and the head waiter was so helpful re the food options and wine . His English was excellent , sadly our German is shocking. Our 2 dogs were allowed in the dining room with us at meal times . Will definitely return .

The location is nice, but there are no groceries nearby. There is a bakery very close, but the products are not fine, however you can eat them once or twice, just do not have high expectations before. The house is modern just as the flat, clean, cosy, small and has everything you need for a comfortable stay.
