A home away from home. Simple, very clean rooms. Don Jorge and Angelica are the best! Breakfast was joyful each morning and delicious. We had recommendations for booking a car and other activities. The area is great if you want to chill, walk to the beach and just be in a quiet spot. It just has a good, home vibe that you appreciate when traveling.

And thank to my heroes my superman butler Mr. Jose and the greatest receptionists at VIP lounge they push my statement to the next level with the best services. Also I would like to thank the amazing spa team Ms. Joanna and all the professionals there. Delicious food at the buffet with a lot op options. Swimming pools and water slides were very fun and there was lifeguards on duty, The room was clean and spacious, and the balcony had nice view over the lazy river swimming pool. Friendly staff members, especially Jean Carlos at the vip-front desk. Overall a very good experience during my 3 day trip there.

Intimate, yet spacious. Amazing beach, great restaurant selections and the Inclusive Hyatt app used for all services made the trip top notch. Lazy River and water park were top notch. The fish tacos at the food truck were amazing.
