This Hotel located in the centre of downtown Cairo which is very easy to walk around for food & drinks (only 400m far from the Drinkies shop - which provides Stella beer, etc.) There’s a nice staff take care of us on the ground and guide to the reception in 10th floor. Other staff (reception, restaurant) are so nice, friendly and kind, who can help anything you need.

We arrived by taxi from Giza train station and the place is easy to find. Champollion Hostel is located very close to Tahrir Square and Egyptian Museum. Walking you can reach many shops, the Egyptian Museum and good places to eat. The Nile is also within 10 minutes walking distance. The hotel is located on the 7th floor and there is an elevator. The reception, lobby and rooms are very new and clean. In the morning, a generous breakfast is served. The rooms are nicely decorated and are spacious and very comofortable. The bed was large and there is an airco. The bathrooms are not big, but, your will find there all you need, toilet and shower. When we come next time to Cairo we will definitely consider Champollion Hostel again.

Even though the entrance is an adventure, the accomodation is amazing. The entrance can be deceiving but trust me the property is beautiful. Clean, always attended to and safe. Special mention to AbdelRahman who arranged breakfasts and helped us at numerous occasions. We were well taken care of and was surprised with a beautiful gift on return. Locality is in downtown Cairo and very accessible and safe. They dont have a reception, call the property and they will be with you in a few minutes.

My partner and I stayed at this apartment in Cairo for seven days and we were absolutely impressed. The space was impeccably clean and clearly designed by architects with great attention to detail. The living room featured a comfortable sofa placed right in front of a large window, covered with beautiful floor-to-ceiling curtains that added a luxurious feel. The bathroom was amazing — modern, with a separate door for the toilet and another for the shower area, offering both comfort and privacy. The kitchen was equally impressive and fully equipped with everything we needed. The building itself felt incredibly safe and well-maintained. The doorman was extremely polite and helpful, and we felt secure at all times — whether inside the apartment or walking around the premises. Above all, what made this place truly special was how thoughtfully it was designed. It felt like living in a super-modern, high-end apartment, and we couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Highly recommended — we would love to return!
