The staff was super good especially keko and mostafa dishaa, they really welcomed us and took care of us. We also did the tours with them, super worth it and value for money, especially the driver Sarwat, he was amazing and we really enjoyed the whole tours, he spoke good English and take us to eat really good food.

We liked the shower and the bed was comfortable. The staff were super friendly and welcoming. The rooms were very clean. Iriny in particular assisted me with something personal as I needed to find a particular blanket made in Spain in Cairo. She gave me names of a couple places and BINGO! I found what I was after at the first place and I was greatly grateful for her kindness. Their breakfast was ok, light to start ur day with. Staff at reception were always ready to make your life so much easier!

Considering the standards of Cairo and Egypt it was a very decent stay. The building was old and you need some time to get used to the different way of living, but the appartment was remodelled and we felt comfortable and safe. Two big bathrooms and spacious kitchen and living room were much appreciated. The area was quiet enough and safe to walk around. You get a feeling of real Cairo without the chaos of the centre and the constant noise from the streets.

It was very spacious and clean with very comfortable beds. The lounge area is very big with all the amenities working well. The contact Nagwa was especially helpful and kind. She was on hand at every possible moment to help with anything from answering queries to organising trips. She made the stay especially smooth.
