The entire team at the hotel were fantastic. Motaz and all the guys at the front desk were very friendly and welcoming, the cleaning staff very professional and prompt to help with extra requests and Abdel Naser and the kitchen team were always ready to accommodate my dietary needs. The hotel is a charming traditional house, fully renovated, with lots of taste. Rooms are spacious, warmly furnished and very comfortable. Balcony with fantastic view on the Nile or on the swimming pool. The hotel cannot be better placed in Zamalek. But most of all, the owner and welcoming lady are incredibly helpful, sharing good addresses and always here to help. One of the best places I ever stayed in !!!
