Andrew and Michael are the sweetest and most helpful people. They were very welcoming and only a text away if I ever needed anything. I had a really nice room with spacious bed, storage furniture and a tub in the bathroom. The shared space is really nice and has quite a view from the 6th floor. Thank the heavens for an elevator to get to the 6th floor with my large bag.

We arrived to a warm welcome from our host, Fadl, who greeted us with a big smile and made us feel instantly at home. Our stay was very comfortable, and Fadl was incredibly helpful—always just a call away whenever we needed anything. Om Farida, the on-site helper, was also fantastic. She knows the property well and was a joy to interact with—kind, reliable, and always ready to assist. Being able to arrange help directly with her was especially convenient. Overall, it was a wonderful stay. Highly recommended!

Everything is perfect! The staff is amazing, the apartments are just like the photos, you have almost the same service as in a hotel. Everyone is adorable and very responsive in case of special request. It will be our hotel again for another trip to Cairo.
